Good Book: Blink

Picked up a discount copy of Malcolm Gladwell's new book at Costco and have been zipping through it. Lots to recommend, especially its sections critiquing certain forms of market research. Also appreciate its conclusions about the real ability experts have to make quick, pretty accurate, and somewhat unconscious decisions. I've long held that the major problem with the "outcomes assessments" movement in higher ed is that it ignores expert judgement in favor of putatively objective measurement instruments.
